Set a ceiling

Choose a Stock Token, deposit a USDG budget, and set the highest ask you will accept.

Match funded offers

Sellers lock Stock Tokens and publish asks. Anyone can execute a compatible fill while both sides remain funded.

Keep control

Each fill sends tokens to the buyer and USDG to the seller. Either side can close and withdraw what remains.

A 0.2% executor fee is paid from this budget on each fill, in addition to the seller's ask. Your order cannot spend above its deposited budget.

Publish a sell offer

Stock Tokens are held by the contract while the offer is active. You can close it and withdraw the unfilled quantity.

Price stays your decision.

Orders can be filled only at or below the buyer's stated maximum ask. A fill requires an actual funded offer. No yield or execution volume is promised.
